5. Damages for abuse of the services provided by Team Discovery Ltd

If you place any material on our sites which contravenes the terms of this site use or brings the site into disrepute you agree to pay liquidated damages of £500+VAT per item to be removed. This charge will be invoiced to the individual concerned or company if it is placed on behalf of a company. The Terms of this site are governed by English Law and therefore the full force of English Law will be used to recover such debts.

All business transactions between Team Discovery Ltd and our customers and business partners if governed by full terms which are available on request.
